This high quality, nutritious complete chicken feed is excellent for your backyard chickens, and is readily accepted by all birds! With a smaller pellet size than your average chicken feed, these layers pellets are fantastic for ex-caged hens. The Natural Free Range Layers Pellets are now soya free too.

All the ingredients used in Smallholder Range Layers Pellets chicken feed are natural, such as grass and non-GM maize, drug-free, and do not contain any animal bi-products.

All feeds in the Smallholder Range are approved by the Vegetarian Society. We only select the highest quality oils and our products are formulated without genetically modified ingredients.

    You will not need to give your hens any other chicken feed, but if you would like to give them an occasional treat then you are more than welcome.  If you prefer you can cherry-pick a bundle for your girls, have a look at our bundle selections.

    Both Smallholder Range Layers Crumble and Layers Pellets should be fed alongside a supply of fresh water and grit.

    *Please note: Postage & packaging fee will be calculated at the checkout, Postage is £8.39 per 30kg ordered, for example you could order 6 X 5kg bags of feed, or 1 X 20kg bag & 2 X 5kg bags for one lot of postage!     The Organic Feed Company Layers Pellets 5kg or 20kg usually takes 1-3 working days to be delivered, this excludes the day your order was placed, weekend and bank holidays.

    Feed & bedding will arrive separately from other items you have ordered. Orders places in parts of Scotland including the Scottish Highlands & Islands may require an additional postage fee, you will be notified about this after checkout if your postcode falls within an additional postage region.
