Postage & delivery information

UK Postage costs are based on the total weight of your order, which is automatically calculated and added to your basket total at the checkout.

The following products are dispatched directly from our suppliers to our customers, please read individual product descriptions for delivery information. The postage fee is included in the product price:

Feed & bedding

This includes the Small Holder Feed range, The Organic Feed Company range, Dengie Fresh Bed for Chickens, Stockmax Pine Shavings, Warma Chicken Chips Wood Chip Bedding and all feed and bedding bundles.

Feed and bedding orders to England, Wales & Scotland: These orders take 1-3 working days to reach our customers, this does not include the day your order is placed, weekends or bank holidays.

  • 30.01kg–60kg: £19.18
  • 60.01kg–90kg: £28.77
  • 90.01kg–120kg: £38.36
  • 120.01kg–150kg: £47.95

Feed and bedding orders to Northern Ireland: These orders take 2-4 working days to reach our customers, this does not include the day your order is placed, weekends or bank holidays.

  • 0kg–30kg: £17.99
  • 30.01kg–60kg: £35.98
  • 60.01kg–90kg: £53.97
  • 90.01kg–120kg: £71.96

All other items

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch and deliver all items within 3-7 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, this does not include the day your order is placed, weekends or bank holidays. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery between the months of October and December.

We will not be liable to you or in breach of any contract for delay or failure to delivery due to a cause beyond our reasonable control, nor shall we be liable to you for losses you suffer based on the estimated delivery date or an order should these items fail to be delivered within that time.

All below prices are based on shipping to the UK. We also ship selected items to the Republic of Ireland (up to 10kg) Europe, the USA and Australia but add a handling charge to cover
