Christmas / New Year Posting & Delivery Dates 2024-2025

Smallholder Range, Organic Feed Company Range & Dengie Fresh Bed orders…

All BHWT Feed & Bedding orders usually take 1-3 working days to reach our customers, however during the festive season please allow up to 5 working days for your orders to reach you, this excludes the day your order is placed, weekends and bank holidays.

Any Smallholder Range, Organic Feed Company Range or Dengie Fresh Bed orders placed after 11am on Monday 23rd December will not be dispatched until Friday 27th December.

Any Smallholder Range, Organic Feed Company Range or Dengie Fresh Bed orders placed after 11am on Monday 30th December will not be dispatched until Thursday 2nd January.

 

The Chicken House Company orders…

To guarantee delivery of your The Chicken House Company Metal Run before Christmas your order must be placed on or before 11am on Wednesday 18th December. We cannot guarantee any orders placed after 11am on Wednesday 18th December will be with you in time for Christmas.

Any orders placed after 11am on Friday 20th December will not be dispatched until 6th January 2025. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from this date.

 

Chicken Vet Beryl’s Friendly Bacteria Orders…

We are advising all orders are placed with us by 4pm on Monday 16th December to guarantee delivery before Christmas, however orders will be sent up to 4pm on Thursday 19th December. Any orders placed after 4pm on Thursday 19th December will not be dispatched until Thursday 2nd January 2025. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from this date.

 

Sunnyfields Poultry Housing orders…

All Sunnyfields Poultry Housing orders are made to order, any orders placed after 4pm on Friday 13th December are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas 2024.

 

All other orders (Supplements, treats, disinfectants, clothing, gifts & more)…

To guarantee your order will arrive with you before Christmas your order will need to be placed by midnight Monday 16th December.

Any orders placed between midnight on Monday 16th December to 4pm on Thursday 19th December will be dispatched before Christmas, however we cannot guarantee delivery in time for the big day, it is likely these orders will arrive with you between Christmas and New Year.

Any orders placed after 4pm on Thursday 19th December will not be dispatched until 2nd of January 2025. Please allow 4-8 working days for your orders to be delivered form this date, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
