Feed & Bedding Orders

All BHWT Feed & Bedding orders usually take 1-3 working days to reach our customers, however during the festive season please allow up to 5 working days for your orders to reach you, this excludes the day your order is placed, weekends and bank holidays.
To guarantee your feed and or bedding order is delivered in time for Christmas please order before 10am on Friday 19th December 2025.
Any feed or bedding orders placed after 10am on Tuesday 23rd December will not be dispatched until Monday 29th December 2025.
Any feed or bedding orders placed after 10am on Tuesday 30th December will not be dispatched until Friday 2nd January 2026.
The Chicken House Company Orders
To guarantee delivery of your The Chicken House Company Metal Run before Christmas your order must be placed on or before 11am on Tuesday 16th December 2025. We cannot guarantee any orders placed after 11am on Tuesday 16th December 2025 will be with you in time for Christmas.
Any orders placed after 11am on Friday 19th December 2025 will not be dispatched until week commencing Monday 5th January 2026. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from this date.
Chicken Vet Beryl’s Friendly Bacteria Orders
We are advising all orders are placed with us by 4pm on Tuesday 16th December 2025 to guarantee delivery before Christmas, however orders will be sent up to 4pm on Thursday 18th December 2025. Any orders placed after 4pm on Thursday 18th December 2025 will not be dispatched until Monday 5th January 2026. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from this date.
All other orders (Supplements, treats, disinfectants, clothing, gifts & more)
To guarantee your order will arrive with you before Christmas your order will need to be placed by midnight Tuesday 16th December 2025.
Any orders placed after midnight on Tuesday 16th December 2025 to 8am on Monday 22nd December 2025 will be dispatched before Christmas, however we cannot guarantee delivery in time for the big day, it is likely these orders will arrive with you between Christmas and New Year.
Any orders placed after 8am on Monday 22nd December 2025 will not be dispatched until week commencing Monday 5th January 2026. Please allow 4-8 working days for your orders to be delivered form this date, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: We will be nesting down for the holidays 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 12 noon Wednesday 24th December 2025 to 9am on Friday 2nd 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 2026. Our phone lines and emails will be monitored during this period infrequently. Please bear this in mind should you need any urgent assistance.
